Offset printing discs are printed at a much higher resolution than the traditional silkscreen printing, thereby allowing your disc image to contain much more detailed images giving you a truly photographic quality printing. The discs are spindle wrapped.

  • 4 color process CMYK matches included.
  • Custom Color Matches are additional.

      CD Film Specification Offset Film
  1. Color: Maximum 5 colors, including white color (CMYK + White)
    - Either CMYK or Pantone colors is acceptable
  2. Film Type: (CMYK) - Negative film with emulsion down
    : (White) - Positive film with emulsion up
  3. Screen: 175 lines per inch
  4. Printable: 24mm-32mm, 37mm-116mm
    (No printing between 32mm-37mm)
  5. Text size : Minimum 6 point
  6. Pantone or CMYK Color must be indicated at the top of each film output.
  7. Registration mark thickness : 0.10mm
  8. Color Proof should be enclosed with film output for quality control.
